This parking slot is tied to a residential unit. It is only available for lease if the current tenant of the unit does not have a car, does not require parking, or explicitly declines the use of the parking slot.
Availability of the parking slot is conditional and based on the leasing status of the unit. The lease period for the parking slot cannot exceed the lease term of the unit it is attached to.
If the unit is leased from June 2025 to June 2026, and the tenant does not need the parking, the parking becomes available starting June 2025.
If the parking is not leased out immediately, for example, it only gets rented in September 2025, the lease term will still end in June 2026, aligning with the unit’s lease end date.
This means the lease period will be from September 2025 to June 2026 in this case.
There will be no extension of the parking lease beyond the unit’s lease term unless a new agreement is made based on the unit’s next lease cycle.
All lease agreements for this parking slot will be covered in a formal contract. Post-dated checks (PDCs) will be required upon signing.
Lastly, the passenger side of the slot is beside a structural beam, not another car, which means you can open your door fully without worrying about hitting another vehicle.
It also makes loading and unloading easier, especially when carrying large items, since you don’t need to squeeze between cars.
