Lease Terms

₱5,000 per month inclusive of association dues

Kindly Note Before Leasing

This parking slot is assigned to a specific residential unit. It is only available for lease if the current tenant does not own a vehicle, does not require parking, or has formally declined the use of the slot.

The availability of the parking slot depends on the leasing status of the associated unit. The lease term for the parking slot cannot exceed the lease period of the unit it is linked to.

Lease Period Rules

If the unit is leased from June 2025 to June 2026 and the tenant does not require the parking slot, the parking becomes available starting in June 2025.

If the parking slot is leased later, for example in September 2025, the lease term will still end in June 2026 to match the unit’s lease period.

In this case, the parking lease would run from September 2025 to June 2026.

The parking lease cannot be extended beyond the unit’s lease period unless a new agreement is made for the next lease cycle of the unit.

All parking lease agreements will be documented in a formal contract. Post-dated checks (PDCs) are required at the time of signing.
